4. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. GENERAL OPERATING
Nothing can be operated
All operations are possible, but power is lacking
Boom, bucket, swing structure, or arm does not move at all or moves too slowly
2. TRAVELLING
Right or left travel is impossible
Right or left travel speed drops, causing the machine to turn
2nd travel speed is impossible
Boom, arm ,or bucket cannot be operated during travel
3. SWINGING
Swing is completely impossible
Right. or left swing is impossible
Swing is slow or lacks power
Swing mode (Normal, slow) can not be changed
Swing is possible, but. oil Dow is large when swing is stopped or swing can not be stopped
Swing structure cannot be maintained in stop posture when the machine is stopped on an incline
4. BOOM OPERATING
Boom cylinder docs not move
Boom cylinder is sluggish or lacks power
When the boom control lever is pulled slowly, the boom lowers once before rising
Boom lowers on it’s own a great distance
5. ARM OPERATING
Arm cylinder docs not move
Arm cylinder is sluggish or lacks power
Arm lowers on it’s own a great distance
G. BUCKET OPERATING
Bucket cylinder docs not move or lacks power
Bucket lowers on it’s own a great distance
7. BOOM SWING OPERATING
Swing cylinder docs not move
8. DOZER OPERATING
Dozer cylinder does not move or lacks power
Dozer lowers on it’s own a great distance or cannot support the machine body
