1. How do I place the order?

Choose the manual you want and add it to your cart. Add any details to Order Notes you feel will help us make sure it is the right manual for you (engine model, serial number, etc).

2. How do I make a payment?

For your and our security, we are only accepting PayPal payments at this time.

3. How and when will I receive my manual?

After payment is made, you will receive the manual to your email address. Depending on the manual you ordered, it will take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours. We will keep you informed about the status of your order.

4. In what format will I receive my manual?

All manuals will be sent to you in a fully printable PDF format compatible with all Windows and MAC. Smaller files will come as attachments, for larger files, you will receive a link and will have to download the file to your computer.

5. What happens if I will loose a computer or file?

Please make sure you open an account with us before making your order so we can identify you in the future and send you a replacement free of charge!

6. What are the different types of manuals?

 You can download service and repair manuals instantly from Heavy Equipment Manual. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a direct download link — usually within minutes.

8. What format are the manuals, and can I open them on my phone or PC?
 All manuals are in fully searchable PDF format. They can be opened on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android using any standard PDF reader.

9. What should I do if I can’t find my download or it fails?
 Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, visit our Download Help page or email us with your order ID. We'll promptly resend or provide an alternate download link.

10. Are these OEM factory manuals or aftermarket versions?
 All manuals offered on our site are OEM factory manuals — the same documents used by certified technicians and dealers. We do not sell aftermarket or third-party guides.
